In order to promote active communication between researchers in the field of light, we plan and run events such as social gatherings and lectures led by students.

The University of Electro-Communications is a university that has a strong focus on "light." We are currently holding open lab tours, so please come and visit us and experience the fascinating world of "light"!
Also, for those considering enrolling from graduate school, I hope you will use the lab tour as an opportunity to get to know the lab members and the atmosphere!

Therefore, we will be releasing a video introducing the laboratory as a special site for the Open Lab!

Two years ago, we asked students from each laboratory to create a video introducing their laboratory in preparation for their graduation research assignments.
On this page, we will be publishing the footage that was created at that time!
